At General Pattern we design and manufacture injection mold tools from your component designs and ideas. We welcome the opportunity of being involved at the component concept stage to help develop the design for tooling, manufacture and moldability.

We have the capability to build every conceivable type of injection blow mold tool from prototype to production including hot runner multi - cavity tooling capable of producing sample quantities to 100,000 parts.

Our state of the art CNC toolroom and the all new direct metal tool manufacturing machines (EOS M270) are focused on speed.

Typical lead times from EOS M270 direct metal tools:

DM20 small part injection mold tool 3 - 5 days.

DM20 medium part injection mold tool 5 - 7 days.
