Direct Manufacturing is a reality at General Pattern. Defined as a process whereby CAD designed parts are turned into functioning, salable, end-use material products without building any tooling. Our Laser Sintering (LS) process is designed to meet just such a need, producing stainless steel end-use parts in as little as 2 days.
