General Pattern is a privately held, 4th
generation, global company that was founded in 1922.
We have a sales revenue of 30 million.
We employ 190 employees with a diverse array of technical
and administrative capabilities.
Our company consists of Three Business Units which globally
support the following engineering and manufacturing services:
Rapid Prototyping
Whether providing Rapid Prototype parts
alone, using rapid prototype parts to produce high quality duplications,
or using SLA/SLS parts in concert with CNC machining, we have
a variety of methods to move products to market faster than ever
before.
Rapid Tooling
Rapid Tooling provides the necessary link
between prototype and production requirements, producing production-quality
parts in prototype lead times. State-of-the-art technology, combined
with General Patterns experience, allows us to produce production
quality parts using our patented Fusion tooling in 12 days...delivering
production parts with the shortest lead times in the industry.
Rapid Manufacturing
From 1 to 100,000 we are capable of producing
Rapid Parts to support both prototype and production requirements.
Total project management, assembly, painting, plating, silk-screening,
pad-printing clean room, packaging, testing and 100% inspection
also support both our short run and high volume molding.
We are a full service provider of
high quality Rapid Prototype, Rapid Tooling and Rapid Manufacturing
for the automotive, medical, industrial and consumer products industries
world-wide.
