Confirmation Model.

Stereolithography (SLA) plating model created. (match plate)
3.SLA
model finished and placed in plating tank.
4.
Model - now with Metallic face - removed from plating tank
and framed to fit mould base.
5.CBC
(Chemically Bonded Ceramic) backing material is cast into
frame for support and thermal conductivity.
6.
Mould halves separated from SLA pattern and used as inserts
in standard mould frame.
7.
Mould is polished and ejector pins drilled.
